About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and customer focused professional to manage and grow existing client relationships. You will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts ensuring excellent service delivery, identifying upselling opportunities and working closely with the external sales and operations teams to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries, orders and service issues
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell products and services
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Provide accurate quotations and process customer orders efficiently
