Opportunity: I am looking for an experienced professional to lead the global end-to-end implementation of SAP Concur, covering Travel, Expense, and Invoice modules. You’ll deliver projects within set timelines, ensuring best-practice configurations and a high level of client satisfaction throughout.
Your focus will be on ensuring seamless system updates and improvements that align with user needs and business processes. You'll apply structured change management practices while remaining agile in response to evolving business needs.
A key part of the role involves managing relationships with senior stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams to meet project milestones. You'll be part of the Global Finance Team, delivering multiple projects across various regions and time zones as part of the wider Finance Transformation Programme aimed at process standardisation and continuous improvement.
Requirements: Candidates who can:
- Take full ownership of SAP Concur, managing implementation, support, and continuous improvements across Expenses, Travel, Invoicing, and Purchase Order modules
- Lead and resolve support queries, coordinating with external providers where necessary
- Design and implement system enhancements through requirement gathering, workflow analysis, and testing
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation on systems and processes
- Define integration requirements with other platforms and technologies
- Collaborate closely with end-users and stakeholders across the business
- Lead and support a team, mentoring and driving success
