About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to play a vital role in supporting both customer relationships and internal teams. You will be the first point of contact for a broad range of clients — handling sales orders, answering product queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer orders via phone and email, inputting them accurately into the ERP system
  • Provide advice on products, including upselling where appropriate
  • Build strong relationships with clients through friendly and professional communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations) to deliver seamless service
  • Proactively manage customer expectations and follow through on enquiries
  • Resolve complaints or complex issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and internal systems

  • Experience in customer service or client support roles
  • Confident communicator with excellent phone and email etiquette
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
