Jackson Hogg is delighted to be working with a leading offshore subsea engineering business which delivers offshore equipment to clients worldwide. It is a very exciting time to join this progressive team, as they are expanding their offices and looking to bring an experienced Controls Engineer that will work on their fast-paced, leading projects.
- Design control system circuits and documentation.
- Develop PLC, HMI/SCADA systems and software.
- Configure and commission inverter drives.
- Checks and approves electrical schematics and calculations.
- Review designs against DNV and/or other standards.
- Contribute to sales proposals.
- Liaise with suppliers.
- Experience in designing and commissioning safety automation and control systems for marine and/or hazardous environments.
- Experience in PLC programming.
- On-site commissioning and fault-finding experience.
- Experience with DNV certification (optional).
- Experience with SIL (optional).
This is a permanent, full time on site role with occassional travel abroad and offshore, depending on the project. Competitive package with excellent benefits is provided on offer.
