What you will be doing:
- You will be a key player in our engineering team, taking ownership of process improvement and supporting the successful delivery of new and existing products.
- Leading New Product Introduction (NPI) activity and building clear project plans.
- Reviewing customer requirements and turning them into practical manufacturing solutions.
- Developing and refining manufacturing processes to improve quality and flow.
- Tackling production issues head-on and keeping projects on track.

- Working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to hit project milestones.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years' experience in manufacturing, project engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, tooling, and production methods.
- Experience working with welding processes or welding-related projects.
- Familiarity with APQP/PPAP and modern manufacturing equipment.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD/CAM (Autodesk Inventor or similar).
