We are supporting a growing manufacturing organisation in Barnsley to appoint a HR Advisor. This is a key, site-based role supporting engineering and operational teams, with regular travel to the North-East twice per month.
You will act as a trusted HR partner, managing employee relations cases, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and coaching managers across the full employee lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to operate with autonomy while contributing to wider People & Culture initiatives.
Key requirements:- Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor / HR Generalist role
- Manufacturing or operational environment experience essential
- Strong employee relations experience
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) preferred
- Confident, resilient, and able to influence stakeholders
