Permanent Site Agent – Civil Engineering (North East England) We are looking for an experienced Site Agent to join a leading civil engineering contractor operating across the North East. The company specialises in roads, Section 278 works, public realm improvements, large drainage, and groundworks up to DPC level, with project values ranging from £100k to £5 million. Role Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. * Interpret design drawings and ensure work complies with project specifications. * Prepare and maintain risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and manage site documentation. * Ensure health and safety best practices on site. * Supervise and manage both direct and subcontracted staff.
