Receptionist, Middlesbrough Salary up to Β£30,000 depending on experience My client is a thriving manufacturing company who is currently enjoying a strong period of growth. They have an immediate requirement for an experienced Receptionist to join their team. This is a professional, friendly, and highly organised role that is to be the first point of contact for their Teesside based office. This role is key to ensuring a positive experience for visitors, clients, and internal teams, balancing administrative tasks with excellent customer service. Responsibilities will include (but not limited to): * Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and professional experience. * Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously. * Greet visitors, ensure they are comfortable, and provide assistance as required. * Manage booking of meeting rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is prepared, including any light refreshments that may be required. * Coordinate and arrange catering/lunches for client and internal meetings. * Maintain a tidy and organised front desk and reception area. * Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests as needed to support the team.
