Working as part of a small, close-knit team of technicians, within an R&D testing environment and offers exposure to the full product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Commissioning a variety of test rigs and producing bespoke test equipment.
- Executing existing test procedures and contributing to the development of new testing methodologies.
- Conducting inspection, analysis, fault-finding, and reporting activities.
- Collecting, handling, processing, and analysing test data, and producing clear and accurate reports.
- Providing constructive feedback to support and improve the design and development process.
- Delivering technical support to Customer Services and Production teams as required.
Requirements
- Degree qualified (Graduate preferred) or HNC/HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
- Experience or strong practical skills in physical testing, experimentation, data acquisition, and data analysis would be advantageous.
- Experience or practical knowledge of mechanical fitting and machine shop operations, including manual and CNC machinery, would be advantageous.

- Self-motivated, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
