Assist the Manager of Projects with the project management of jobs live within the company, providing regular project updates to assist with the overall company resource scheduling. * Day to day management of projects ensuring that all activities are planned and scheduled, and the projects are planned to meet budget and schedule within all departments / teams accordingly. * Assist the Operations Director with managing projects into the installation, mobilisation and demobilisation stages onboard vessels. * Liaison with Customers both at the tender (pre award) stage to ensure that their requirements are properly captured and understood and ensuring the engineering team accurately develop to customer requirements. * Liaison with Customers throughout the project life cycle to ensure that design reviews are carried out, properly documented and that change is managed both technically and commercially. * Liaison with Marine Classification Societies and managing the submission. * Monitoring subcontractor’s & suppliers’ performance to ensure timely completion within project timeline. * Ensuring compliance and contribute with the company safety, quality, and environmental policies. * Review existing policies, procedures, risk assessments and safe systems of work, including an appraisal of how these are implemented across the company. * Liaising with Purchasing for equipment procurement, preparing RFQs and technical procurement specifications. * Working closely with the workshop to ensure that assembly activities are progressing to plan. Including bought out and subcontracted scopes of work if necessary. * Ensuring that final project close out documentation package is produced and delivered to customers in alignment with project schedules. * Providing on site or on-board support when required
