The Role & Responsibilities

As Production Scheduler, you’ll be the link between planning, production, and wider business functions ensuring that manufacturing schedules are efficient, achievable, and accurately reflected in the company’s ERP system.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Plan, schedule, and monitor production activity through the ERP system

*

Maintain accurate and reliable data across all planning and production modules

*

Track On Time Delivery (OTD) performance and drive continuous improvement

*

Forecast raw material and component requirements to support production plans

*

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure ERP data and reporting remain accurate and up to date

Desirable Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment

*

Comfortable working with ERP/MRP systems and confident managing data accuracy

*

Analytical, proactive, and highly organised, with a keen eye for process improvement

*

Technically capable, with a good general understanding of IT systems and data flow
