With ambitious growth plans and a strong people-first culture, they re now looking to appoint a Head of People to lead and shape the people agenda during an exciting period of expansion.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
You ll be trusted to make things happen, influence senior stakeholders, and build a people function that supports a fast-moving, commercially focused business.
The Role Reporting directly to the leadership team, you ll take ownership of all people-related activity across the business, including: * Leading and developing the people strategy to support growth. * Owning the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to exit. * Managing employee relations and employment law matters. * Coaching and supporting managers to build high-performing teams. * Driving engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives. * Overseeing HR systems, payroll inputs, benefits and people reporting. * Building scalable processes, policies and frameworks as the business grows.
