About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will help build and nurture a strong sales pipeline by engaging with target organisations that value collaboration and innovation. You will be responsible for generating new opportunities, managing early-stage sales processes, and supporting account development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research new business opportunities and provide market insights
- Make first contact with decision-makers via calls, emails, and social media
- Develop and nurture accounts through follow-up activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective actions
- Provide account management support as required
- Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system
- Report on account development and pipeline progress

Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Telesales, with track record in prospect identification and cold outreach
- Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is desirable
- Degree level or equivalent is a plus
- Confident in cold outreach and developing networks of customers and influencers
- Excellent communication skills
