We're looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join a busy and forward-thinking People team, playing a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional employee experience from onboarding through to career development and beyond. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration experience who wants to build or develop a career in HR and People services.
Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Acting as the first point of contact for People and HR queries
- Supporting employee lifecycle processes including starters, leavers and contractual changes
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Coordinating payroll-related activity and documentation
- Supporting employee relations casework and absence management processes
- Producing workforce reports and management information
- Organising meetings, taking notes and providing vital administrative support to the wider People team
Criteria:
- Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Confidence using databases, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office applications
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
- An interest in developing a career within HR, People & Culture or employee services
- HR administration experience is preferred
