£25,700 Basic + Bonus up to £500 per month

Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering an excellent service?
We're looking for a proactive Internal Account Manager to join our growing team. This is not a call centre environment; you'll have ownership of customer enquiries, manage relationships with existing customers, coordinate orders and identify opportunities to add value through outstanding account management.
Working closely with customers, you'll act as a key point of contact, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry through to delivery. You'll build long‑term relationships, provide solutions, and support customers in getting the most from our products and services.
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing, account management or sales support role.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- A proactive and organised approach to managing customer accounts.
- The ability to identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and spend in a consultative way.
- Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
