HSE Advisor

Jackson Hogg are exclusively supporting a specialist engineering business based in the Newcastle area, on a HSE Advisor position, reporting directly to the HSE Manager. The HSE Advisor will be based in the Newcastle area with travel to the Teesside region for upcoming projects. HSE Advisor Responsibilities The HSE Advisor will be responsible for delivering all aspects of Project Health, Safety and Environmental activities for the works on site. * The HSE Advisor has the responsibility for all HSE processes and systems during the execution of the Project and reports directly to the Construction Project Manager on all Project related matters. * The HSE Advisor will have signing authority in accordance with the project signature matrix. * Provide HSE assistance to the Construction Project Manager & Project Manager during the Project Lifecycle. * Conducting site HSE assessment of site works including regular auditing and feedback into the QHSE Manager, Construction Project Manager & Project Manager * Develop and maintain Project HSE Plans and provide input into Project QHSE Plans. * Develop and maintain Project HSE Interface and Execution Plans. * Develop and maintain Project HSE Work Plans. * Develop and maintain Project HSE Incentive Scheme for the promotion of reporting hazards, risks and opportunities for continual development. * Lead role in performing and creating Site related Task Risk Assessm…
