HR Manager / Senior HR Advisor, Teesside Salary up to £45,000 Jackson Hogg are delighted to support a business based in Ingleby Barwick with the appointment of stand alone HR Manager on a permanent basis. You will be supporting the wider business with their HR needs and implementing updated policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: * Working closely with internal colleagues and stakeholders to provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance * Acting as first port of call for any HR related queries * Updating company HR policies and procedures * Keeping HR systems and processes up to date * Employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, training and development * Monitoring sickness, absence, performance management and employee engagement * General HR administration and compliance We are keen to speak with experienced HR / People Advisors who are open to working in a stand-alone environment.
