A rapidly growing technology business is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and develop a multi-disciplinary engineering team. This is a key leadership role focused on people, performance and capability development.
The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for shaping engineering culture, driving high performance and supporting technical excellence across a range of complex product development projects. Working closely with senior leadership and the Chief Engineer, the Engineering Manager will play a central role in engineering strategy, team growth and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop engineers across multiple disciplines.
- Implement engineering processes and workflows that support innovation and technical rigour.
- The Engineering Manager champions technical standards and best practice across the department.
- Partner with senior leaders to align engineering activity with business priorities.
- Lead recruitment, workforce planning and team capability growth.
- Support long- and short-term development planning with technical leads.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on team performance and drive improvements.
- Contribute to budget planning and resource allocation.
What We’re Looking For
