The successful candidate will combine operational responsibility with strategic planning, ensuring systems, applications, security controls, and end-user technology remain reliable, secure, and fit for purpose. The Role * Take ownership of the organisation's internal IT environment, driving continuous improvement across systems and services. * Manage and provide technical support Microsoft 365, cloud services, devices, business applications, and core infrastructure. * Maintain a secure, resilient, and high-performing technology estate. * Act as the key point of contact between internal users and technical teams. * Manage sensitive and business-critical technical issues that require direct ownership. * Drive improvements in user experience, operational efficiency, and service delivery. * Support business continuity, cyber security, and compliance initiatives. About You * Proven experience in an IT Manager, Senior Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role. * Strong hands on Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace expertise. * Solid understanding of cloud technologies, networking, cyber security, and IT operations. * Experience supporting business applications and end users within a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable remaining hands-on technically while contributing to strategic planning and future technology initiatives. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Knowledge or experience with software development would be advantageous. * Microsoft certifications would be advantageous
