We’re looking for an experienced Flexographic Printer to join a busy and fast-paced print team, working with flexographic presses. If you’re skilled at running print jobs to high standards, troubleshooting on the go, and keeping everything running smoothly this could be your next move. What you’ll be doing: * Running flexographic printing presses to consistently high-quality standards, meeting production speeds and setup targets. * Monitoring the print process, spotting and fixing any issues quickly to minimise downtime. * Maintaining inks, solvents and materials in line with work order specifications and quality requirements. * Working with the production manager to maximise machine utilisation while minimising waste and hitting delivery dates. * Contributing to continuous improvements reducing downtime, preventing quality issues and finding better ways to work. * Keeping accurate quality control and assurance records in line with department standards. * Maintaining a safe working environment, following safety systems and supporting a positive safety culture. * Working as part of a team, sharing information and supporting colleagues to get the job done. What we’re looking for: * Previous experience as a Flexographic Printer (experience on narrow web presses is a big plus) * Great communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude to problem-solving * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, quality is key in this role * Ability to follow instructions and work to set targets and standards * Experience meeting SEDEX or ETI requirements (advantageous, not essential) * A willingness to learn and continuously improve your skills * This is a great opportunity to join an established print operation where your skills will make a real difference
