The Role
Jackson Hogg is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced FLT Driver to join a manufacturing and warehouse operation in Ferryhill. This is a day-shift role supporting production and assembly teams through the safe movement, storage, and handling of materials. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently within a small team and will play a key role in ensuring materials are available to support day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating forklifts safely within a warehouse and manufacturing environment
- Moving, storing, and supplying materials to production and assembly areas
- Loading and unloading goods from deliveries and dispatches
- Ensuring materials are stored correctly and safely
- Supporting general warehouse and production activities as required
- Adhering strictly to all health & safety procedures
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience driving forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Valid FLT licence
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
