Jackson Hogg is supporting a leading engineering organisation in the search for experienced Electricians with a strong background in the general installation of electrical equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to work on varied and technically interesting projects, both in the UK and internationally.
The successful candidates will play a key role in the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems across a range of environments, from new installations to upgrades and modifications, ensuring all work is delivered to the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and termination of cable management systems
- Panel builds and switchgear installation
- Fault finding, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
- General workshop duties, maintaining strict housekeeping standards
- Working away from home, including overnight stays
- Supporting offshore and international project work as required
- Time-served apprenticeship
- City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong fault-finding and installation experience
- Ability to work autonomously with a flexible approach
- Willingness to travel internationally at short notice
- BOSIET training provided for offshore assignments
- Excellent earning potential beyond base salary due to project work and travel
