Jackson Hogg are pleased to be working exclusively with an exciting process engineering organisation in the search for a C&I Maintenance Technician.

The Control & Instrument Technician is responsible for installation, maintenance, calibration and repair of control and instrumented systems in accordance with safety regulations and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Relevant experience as a time-served Mechanical Technician with level 3 Diploma
  • Experienced with various rotating equipment.
  • Knowledge with fabrication experience is desirable but not essential
  • Experience with complying with Safe Systems of Work (PTW, LOTO, MOC etc)
  • Experience of making and breaking flanged joints.
  • Accredited training in the use of laser alignment and belt tensioning equipment desirable but not essential.
  • Accredited training in basic lifting and slinging desirable but not essential.
  • FLT licence desirable but not essential.

Experience:

  • Relevant experience as a time-served Instrument Technician with level 3 Diploma
  • Experienced with various process industry C&I equipment.
  • Knowledge of PLC & SCADA systems.
  • Experience with complying with Safe Systems of Work (PTW, LOTO, MOC etc)
  • Accredited COMPEX certification desirable but not essential.

Salary: Up to £45,000 inclusive of shift allowance
