Internal Account Manager £25,700 Basic + Bonus up to £500 per month Hybrid Working (following probation) Based just outside Newcastle Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering an excellent service? We're looking for a proactive Internal Account Manager to join our growing team. This is not a call centre environment; you'll have ownership of customer enquiries, manage relationships with existing customers, coordinate orders and identify opportunities to add value through outstanding account management. Working closely with customers, you'll act as a key point of contact, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry through to delivery. You'll build long-term relationships, provide solutions, and support customers in getting the most from our products and services. What you'll bring: * Previous experience in a customer-facing, account management or sales support role. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * A proactive and organised approach to managing customer accounts. * The ability to identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and spend in a consultative way. * Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills. * The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
