Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting our Stockton based client in their search for 2 site electricians for an immediate start. Our client is a specialist in the marine and offshore industry providing power solutions and effective marine automation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervision of all personnel working in the Company workshop and on Client sites/vessels, including Company employees, Contract & Subcontracted personnel.
  • Maintaining safe working practices and ensuring all employees, contractors and visitors are operating within the company’s Health & Safety policy rules.
  • Final testing of equipment, ordering materials, assisting with onsite surveys and costings for quotes.
  • Producing job specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), on site permits and policing POWRA’s.
  • Verifying Employees and Contractors time sheets.

Previous electrical marine experience is an advantage but not essential. Candidates should understand & interpret electrical schematic drawings and have a minimum of a Time served Apprenticeship, City & Guilds Level 3.
