Jackson Hogg – Industrial is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with proven experience in shopfloor recruitment, covering temporary and permanent positions within fast-paced industrial environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, high-energy market, enjoys being out with clients, and has a strong understanding of temporary labour models, workforce planning, and operational delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and managing industrial client relationships across manufacturing, warehousing, production, and distribution
- Delivering temporary and permanent shopfloor recruitment at pace
- Actively winning new business through client meetings, site visits, and referrals
- Managing temp workforce requirements including volume hiring, short turnarounds, and changing demand
- Acting as a trusted partner to Operations Managers, Shift Managers, and HR teams
- Representing Jackson Hogg – Industrial on site and in the market
- Working closely with delivery and compliance teams to ensure a smooth, reliable service
