We're supporting a leading UK insurance organisation on a major transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Senior Guidewire Business Analyst to help drive business and technology change.
Location: Fully Remote (occasional travel to office)

The Role
You'll work with senior business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, challenge current processes, facilitate workshops and ensure solutions deliver tangible business value. This is a highly visible role within a complex transformation environment where your expertise will directly influence strategic decisions.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex business and technology transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and requirements gathering capabilities.
- Previous experience working within the insurance sector.
- Strong experience delivering Guidewire-related projects.
Highly Desirable
- Guidewire Certified Professional qualification.
- Alternatively, extensive hands-on Guidewire Business Analyst experience within insurance environments.
- Ability to provide strategic input and challenge existing operating models.
