What You’ll Do
- Meet one-on-one with clients to prepare tax returns
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Learn our tax preparation software and process
- Help keep the office running smoothly and take initiative when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and hardworking
- Comfortable talking with and helping customers
- Positive, professional attitude
- Willing to learn and accept coaching
- Basic computer skills
Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, banking, reception, or other customer-facing roles can be a great fit, but applicants from all backgrounds are welcome.
