Responsibilities
- Greet all potential clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Engage in conversation to share information about Jackson Hewitt’s services, products, and promotions.
- Distribute promotional items on the store floor and market to local businesses near storefronts.
- Assist with scheduling tax preparation appointments.
- Monitor client flow during periods of high traffic and keep clients engaged during wait times.
- Answer phones or assist with check distribution when tax preparers are occupied with clients.
Skills & Qualifications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance preferred.
Compensation: $9.00 per hour.
PTIN Certification: Yes.
