About the Role: As a Fire & Security Engineer you will install and maintain a wide range of fire and security systems, work independently in the field, and deliver high-quality service with excellent customer communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain fire extinguishers, fire alarm systems, access control and intruder alarm systems, CCTV and other security equipment.
  • Service commercial fire detection and intruder alarm systems.
  • Perform fault-finding and troubleshooting on installed systems.
  • Report daily to the manager and manage your own workload with minimal supervision.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times, ensuring customer service and safety standards are upheld.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with fire and/or security systems, including installation, maintenance, and fault-finding of fire alarm, access control, intruder alarm, CCTV, and fire extinguishers.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong communication skills for face-to-face and telephone interactions with customers.
  • Can-do attitude with high priority on customer service.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently and delivering work to the highest standards.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Subject to security screening in accordance with BS7858.
