Jackson Criss are seeking a new team member for their Agency Team at Surveyor / Senior Surveyor level.
JC are a leading niche property consultancy, founded in 1990, with an experienced team active across the UK. Our team, lead by 5 Equity Partners, provide advice to clients on their commercial property holdings, often throughout their entire ownership cycle.
The Agency Team act for funds, councils, property companies and private landlords across the UK, as well as advising national occupiers and growing independents on their property holdings and acquisitions nationwide.
Role Description
We are looking for a motived, knowledgeable and entrepreneurial surveyor to join our Agency Team.
The role will be –
- Based in London Head Office
- Working on leasing across Shopping Centre and High Street assets
- Working on Occupier Acquisitions across the UK
- Assisting the wider team on Investment Disposals and Acquisitions

Key Responsibilities
- Property Marketing, alongside preparing brochures and marketing literature
- Inspections and viewings
- Leading on property transactions, throughout entire process from reporting to clients, marketing, receiving offers, giving recommendations and overseeing to completion
- Assisting on high level leasing strategy for key assets
- Special projects within the business
Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years experience in Retail, F&B and Leisure Real Estate
- MRICS qualification preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of key tools including GOAD, online marketing platforms and data sourcing platforms
- Good knowledge of valuation techniques and market values
