We now have a need for a Senior Planning Engineer to work at our Head Office in Ipswich. All our Planning Engineers have relevant civil engineering site experience, as this role requires being able to plan the most efficient methods of project delivery, whilst finding solutions to engineering problems. They must also be able to provide support to the pre-contract tender team, assist with bid writing and summarising their construction thoughts on scheme specific programmes.
Main Duties for the Senior Planning Engineer:
- Provide advice and assistance on planning, methods of construction, solutions to engineering problems and programme creation.
- Ensure that while planning each project, the most efficient methods of delivery are identified.
- Support the pre-contract tender team and assist with bid writing.
- Summarise construction thoughts on scheme specific programmes.
