An international, award-winning B2B events company is hiring a driven Business Development Manager to join its rapidly growing Health Conference division. You’ll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that delivers high-profile, large-scale conferences across the USA and Europe, working with global clients on impactful sponsorship solutions.
As a Business Development Manager, your core responsibility will be to sell sponsorship packages to businesses. This is a consultative, solutions-based sales role, with clear targets and high earning potential.
- Re-engaging lapsed accounts, nurturing warm leads, and actively prospecting to secure new business
- Engaging clients via phone, email, and video calls
- Leveraging tools like LinkedIn and working with robust data sets to identify opportunities
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across sales, production, and marketing teams
A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B conference sponsorship sales is ideal; however, experience in recruitment, media, IT, or similar B2B sales will also be considered.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the emotional intelligence to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
