From day one, you will be working on your own conference programme - identifying the key commercial issues shaping your sector and bringing them to life through a compelling agenda and a strong speaker line-up.

What you will be doing

• Researching and analysing industries to identify trends and opportunities
• Writing and validating creative conference agendas
• Sourcing and securing speakers
• Networking, building relationships and industry knowledge for long term development of conferences
• Project management and contributing to team briefing

What we are looking for

We're looking for a Conference Producer with up to a year's experience in production or a similar office based role with transferable skills such as: recruitment, marketing, sales etc.

• An enthusiastic and motivated individual
• A graduate with a strong academic background
• 6-12 months in conference production or previous transferable work experience
• Experience of working in an office
• Proven critical thinking and analytical ability is essential
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills; confident talking to a wide range of people including CEOs and Directors
