The Opportunity
A fast-growing B2B events business is looking for a Client Success Manager to join a close-knit, high-performing team. The business works across conferences, media and marketing and the clients it serves expect a premium experience at every touchpoint. This is a role with real breadth. You will be the person clients trust, the person internal teams rely on to keep things coordinated, and the person who makes sure that what was promised gets delivered, on time and to a high standard.
What You Will Be Doing

- Owning the client relationship from onboarding through to delivery, making sure every stage of the journey feels joined-up, professional and well-managed
