Our client is an established and growing B2B media and events business, producing large-scale conferences and digital content for senior professionals across a range of leading industries each year.
The opportunity
From day one, you will be working on your own conference programme - identifying the key commercial issues shaping your sector and bringing them to life through a compelling agenda and a strong speaker line-up.
What you will be doing
- Researching and analysing industries to identify trends and opportunities
- Writing and validating creative conference agendas
- Sourcing and securing speakers
- Networking, building relationships and industry knowledge for long term development of conferences
- Project management and contributing to team briefing
What we are looking for
We're looking for a Conference Producer with up to a yearβs experience in production or a similar office based role with transferable skills such as: recruitment, marketing, sales etc.
- An enthusiastic and motivated individual
- A graduate with a strong academic background
- 6-12 months in conference production or previous transferable work experience
- Experience of working in an office
- Proven critical thinking and analytical ability is essential
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills; confident talking to a wide range of people including CEOs and Directors
