Jacksdale Medical Centre is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join a supportive team for 2125 hours per week, with core days Monday, Thursday and Friday. The role covers chronic disease management, vaccination programmes, cervical screening, health checks and governance activities, in a patient-centred GP practice.
The successful candidate will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, contribute to quality improvement and provide high-quality nursing care in the community.
