We’re on the lookout for a Performance Creative Specialist who knows how to make people stop scrolling and start dreaming about travel. You’ll sit at the intersection of brand and performance, turning bold ideas into visuals that don’t just look good- they convert. From punchy TikTok ads to scroll-stopping Reels and clean, high-performing landing pages, your work will be seen (and clicked) by millions. This position is ideal for a creative individual who is a master in graphic design and video editing. Your main responsibility will be to generate visually appealing graphics and video content that aligns with our brand guidelines
You’ll sit within our paid marketing team and also collaborate with social, and brand teams to keep things fresh, fast, and effective – helping shape how Jack’s Flight Club shows up across platforms.
Purpose
The core purpose of this role is to create impactful, performance-oriented creative assets that fuel our growth across advertising, social, and branded touchpoints. Creating compelling graphic and video content.
Responsibilities
- Own the creation of paid ad creative (static and video) across Meta, TikTok, Instagram and new channels
- Design high quality assets with short turnaround times for landing pages, emails, and promotional campaigns (including multiple versions for testing)
- Edit video and produce motion graphics for social and brand use, repurposing footage or building from scratch
- Support the Social Media Manager with visual execution of organic content
- Experiment with new styles, formats, and layouts while staying brand-aligned
- Collaborate cross-functionally with performance, brand, product, IT and content teams to clean up and improve existing assets (landing pages, overlays, etc.)
About You
You’re a creative who moves fast, thinks commercially, and gets a kick out of seeing your work drive actual results. You’re comfortable jumping between formats and platforms, and you know what makes people pay attention online. You’re full of ideas but also know how to turn someone else’s vision into something great. Performance data doesn’t scare you, it fuels your next round of design tweaks.
Experience and Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in design, motion, or creative roles with a performance marketing lens
- Experience working with paid marketing or CRO teams
- Portfolio showcasing short-form ads, social assets, and motion/animated work
- Highly skilled in Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite(After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Final Cut.
- Comfortable editing and animating video content for TikTok/Instagram formats
- Experience working closely with paid marketers or social teams
- Strong communication, time management, and ability to work independently
