We're looking for someone who wants to help shape the creative direction of the brand and document every step of the journey.

The Role
As Creative & Content Lead, you'll be responsible for capturing the story of Jacks Collective across every event and every platform.
You'll work closely with the founder to create content that grows our audience, builds excitement around events and establishes Jacks Collective as one of the UK's most exciting emerging music brands.
Responsibilities
- Capture photo and video content before, during and after events.
- Produce short-form content for Instagram, Tik Tok and other social platforms.
- Edit event recap videos and DJ clips.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns and event announcements.
- Help maintain a consistent visual identity across all content.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments that showcase the community.
- Create artist-focused content including interviews, studio sessions and promotional assets.
- Work on content calendars and campaign planning.
- Support with branding, graphics and creative direction where required.
- We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has a strong eye for photography and videography.
- Is confident editing content in tools such as Cap Cut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
- Understands current social media trends without relying on them.
- Loves electronic music and nightlife culture.
- Takes initiative and enjoys bringing creative ideas to the table.
- Wants to help build something long-term rather than simply freelance for an event.
