We are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our growing property team.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing an efficient and proactive service to clients while maintaining the highest professional standards. Your caseload will include (inter alia):

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership matters
  • General residential property advice
About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX).
  • Has 3-5 years' residential conveyancing experience managing their own caseload.
  • Has strong technical knowledge of residential property law.
  • Is organised, proactive, and able to prioritise a busy workload effectively.
  • Has excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Enjoys building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers, and colleagues.
  • Works well independently.
