We are recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join a nationwide company who have one of their UK service Hubs based here in Leighton Buzzard.
This role would be ideal for someone with order processing, customer service, and admin experience.

Overview: To provide support to regional clients, working with a team of regionally based technicians.
Service call management, order processing, labour planning and reporting form key parts of the role.
Duties: Monitoring of team email inbox.
Logging new service calls and full customer liaison via SAP Service Module.
Daily planning of allocated service technicians to meet customer requirements.
Updating planning software with planning activities.
Booking in site visits with site representatives.
Updating customer portals.
Update customers with job status.
Purchase issue of parts.
Job invoicing Responsible for collecting Technician timesheets – Manage, audit and issue reports.
Technician Productivity – Monitor, audit and issues reports.
