We are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Administrator to join a well established company based in Leighton Buzzard. For this role, previous accounts admin experience is required.
Working Hours: 09:00am - 17:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Location: Leighton Buzzard, fully office based, NO remote working.
Contract Type: Perm.
Start Date: ASAP, following interview.
Overview: To support the daily accounts and office admin functions. The successful candidate for this role will need to be adaptable, have a great work ethic, be organised and use their initiative daily. You would be responsible for keeping the purchase ledgers up to date, dealing with supplier queries and purchase order requirements.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing and completing all purchase invoices through the accounts software system and raising any queries internally and externally where necessary.
