We are recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join a Milton Keynes based company, in a fixed term contract (12-Months). Our client is the market leader within their sector, offering a collaborative and people focused environment.

Working Hours: 08:30am - 17:30pm, Monday to Friday, fully office-based.

Location: Milton Keynes.

Contract Type: Fixed term contract, 12-months.

Overview: The role of Fleet Administrator is to support at all levels and maintain to a high standard, accurate and up to date administration services, for, but not limited to, the responsibilities set out below. The role requires flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes in order to meet the needs of the business.

Duties:

  • Maintain full and accurate records of all company vehicles on Fleet management systems.
  • Attending Fleet Management meetings as and when required.
  • Provide fleet support for other EMEA countries as required.
  • Monitoring follow up of fleet incidents, attending regular follow up review meetings with Accident Management companies.
  • Reviewing monitoring fleet data with Lease companies/Manufacturers/Dealerships attending regular follow up review meetings.
  • Process/monitor in line with legal company compliance requirements for all company car.
