We are recruiting for a nationwide company who have one of their UK service Hubs based here in Leighton Buzzard. They are seeking an experienced 'Estimator' to join their core regional team. Location: Leighton Buzzard, fully office based. No remote or hybrid working. Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday. Contract Type: Perm. Overview: The main duties and responsibilities of the Service Estimator include preparing and issuing quotations from Engineers' reports. Processing quote acceptances, including ordering parts from internal and external sources, various warehouse duties and supporting and assisting the Service Co-ordinators when/where necessary. Duties will include, but not limited to: Estimating and preparing SAP quotations from Engineers reports. Liaising with external suppliers/competitors to ascertain correct product details and up to date costs. Issuing of prepared quotations to clients with subsequent follow-up and progressing.
