We are recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor, Leighton Buzzard based. This a perm position, and supervisory experience within a cleaning based role is essential.
Location: Leighton Buzzard.
Contract Type: Perm.
Salary: This would depend on the agreed hours of working.
Working Hours: 25-30hrs per week. Hours to be agreed.
Start Date: ASAP.
Overview:
- As the cleaning supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment.
Duties:
- Managing a team of cleaners.
- Coordinating daily schedules.
- Conducting inspections.
- Overseeing the safe use and storage of chemicals in compliance with COSHH regulations.
- Managing stock levels.
- Providing hands-on training to ensure all staff adhere to health and safety protocols.
- To undertake daily cleaning duties, in line with job description for a cleaner, and substitute for absent staff as required.
- Key holder duties, i.e. locking up etc.
- Handling all admin related tasks.
