Our clients are leaders servicing a niche industry. They are recruiting a Production Technician to join their growing team!
Production Technician Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly and finish of moulded parts as directed by the Team Leader. Adopting good workmanship standards, paying particular attention to quality
- Assist in the preparation of mouldings in support of the production schedule
- Assist in the cutting, grinding and flow coating of bonded equipment
- Assist in other areas of the manufacturing process as direct by your line supervisor
- Assist in the production of sub-assemblies as and when required
- Assist in the training of other personnel including new production operatives as required
- Maintain workstation in a clean and tidy state
- Operates in accordance with the company's Health and Safety procedure, and other related company policies
The ideal Production Technician will:
- Previously worked within a manufacturing environment
- 2 years' experience or BTEC Level qualification
- Able to use conventional workshop power and hand tools
Working hours 07:00 - 15:00 Monday to Friday
