Production Operative Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, assembly and finish of moulded parts
- Cut, grind, bond and flow coat finished products
- Produce sub-assemblies as required
- Support other areas of production, provide training to new staff as required
- Abide by company Health & Safety procedures, keep workstations clean and tidy
The ideal Production Operative will:
- Be from an electro-mechanical background
- Be able to use conventional workshop power and hand tools
- 1-2 years’ experience of working in a manufacturing environment
- Either qualified by experience (2 years plus) or Engineering BTEC Level qualifications
Working hours: 07:00 - 15:00 Monday to Friday
