Our client is looking for a skilled and reliable Soldering Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established engineering manufacturer, producing high-quality cable and electrical assemblies.
Soldering Technician Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carrying out fine soldering to a high standard
- Assembling cable and wiring products from engineering drawings and work instructions
- Preparing cables, crimping terminals and completing wiring assemblies
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Using hand tools and small assembly equipment
- Working to production targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Following company quality procedures and health & safety guidelines
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Soldering Technician Ideal Candidate:
- Previous soldering experience within an engineering, electronics or manufacturing environment
- Experience with cable assembly, wiring or harness assembly is desirable
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
- Good manual dexterity and excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

- Monday β Thursday, 08:00 β 16:30
- Fridays, 08:00 β 16:00
