PCB Assembler Swindon £13.00 per hour We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented PCB Assembler to join our client in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on assembly experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. PCB Assembler Roles and Responsibilities: * Assemble and solder PCB assemblies in line with customer specifications and internal build standards * Read and interpret technical drawings, circuit diagrams and build instructions * Carry out through-hole and/or surface mount soldering to a high standard * Inspect completed PCB assemblies to ensure they meet required quality standards * Maintain high levels of quality and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards * Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and delivery targets * Use hand tools, soldering equipment and measuring tools accurately * Follow company procedures, health & safety regulations and environmental standards * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives PCB Assembler Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience within PCB assembly or electronics manufacturing * Experience with soldering and assembling electronic components * Ability to read and understand technical drawings and build instructions * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Good hand skills and a careful, methodical approach to work * Experience with through-hole and/or surface mount components would be advantageous PCB Assembler Working Hours * Monday - Thursday, 07:45 - 16:15 * Friday, 07:45 - 15:15 Jackie Kerr Recruitment is an independent agency that has been established for 28 years.
