We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cable Assembler to join our client in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands‑on assembly experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assemble cable units in line with customer specifications and internal build standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings and build instructions
- Carry out soldering and crimping to a high standard
- Maintain high levels of quality and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and delivery targets
- Use measuring tools accurately to ensure precision
- Follow company procedures, health & safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives
Ideal Candidate
- Experience within cable assembly
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience with soldering and crimping techniques
